Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TremorWatch.AI (the "Service"), operated by RANA Technologies Limited (company no. 08433262), England & Wales ("RANA Technologies", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4.

2. The Service

TremorWatch.AI polls REST APIs and MCP servers you configure ( "Monitors") on a schedule you set, detects changes in their response schema, classifies detected changes by severity using AI, and delivers alerts through channels you configure (Slack, email, webhook, PagerDuty, push notification).

3. Your account

You're responsible for all activity under your account and workspace, including actions taken by team members you invite. You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may only configure a Monitor against an endpoint you are authorized to access. The Service makes scheduled, automated HTTP requests to whatever URL you provide — using it to poll, probe, or generate load against a third party's endpoint without that party's authorization is a misuse of the Service and a breach of these Terms, regardless of whether it also violates the law.

You additionally agree not to use the Service to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account;
  • Facilitate or conduct a denial-of-service attack against any target;
  • Configure Monitors at a frequency or in a manner intended to degrade a target's availability;
  • Store, transmit, or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to process;
  • Circumvent any rate limit, quota, or plan restriction of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this policy, with or without notice, and may retain records of the violation as required for legal or security purposes.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Data you submit

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service, including Monitor configuration and any content returned by your configured endpoints that we store as part of operating the Service (see our Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long). You represent that you have the right to submit that data and to have it processed as described there.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that anomaly detection or AI classification will be complete, accurate, or timely, and the Service should not be relied upon as your only mechanism for detecting breaking changes in critical systems.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RANA Technologies' total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
